Online help
There are four ways in which you can get help...

  • Online help - Internet set-up instructions for Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP, plus detailed set-up information on Outlook Express, Outlook and Netscape. Click here to list the 'online help' categories.
  • Knowledge Base - Hull24 users have access to the Knowledge Base through their Account Control. Here you can search for detailed answers to common questions.
  • Technical support by ticket - using the Account Control, you can put a question to our technical support team. You will receive a ticket number for the request and receive a detailed reply within a few hours.
  • Telephone technical support - as a back-up, trained technicians are on hand to help you with any issues you may have. Calls to this service are 50p per minute. The help centre is open from 8am to 12 midnight, Monday to Friday, and 9am until 12 midnight over the weekends. The number for the help centre is 0906 300 5984.
